Things that I have learned about due to my degree
Since 2002, primary and nursery schools have been required to report ‘racist’ incidents. For example, children as young as three are getting pulled up for being ‘racist’ because of this legislation. The idea of not discriminating against others because of their colour actually points out to children that there is a ‘difference’ between them and their friends....

Me feeling sorry for myself
Moping around the flat because I keep being sick so I had to email my tutor and tell her I wouldn’t be in. My exact words were ‘I usually force myself to go to class when I’m ill since it’s only an hour but I keep being sick and I didn’t think you would appreciate it’.

Just got a flashback to when I had braces in high school. I remember getting my sleeve snagged on one of the squares and none of my friends were around to help so I just stood there with my arm caught on my mouth cursing my parents for giving me awful teeth.
